Summer Breakdown is here!

I honestly kind of can’t believe this is all happening.

That I wrote a first draft of a book. That I edited it over and over until my eyeballs felt like they’d pop out of my head. That I “let” myself spend money on making it better and more professional with editors and cover designers. That I pivoted from traditional publishing—the way I always thought you “had” to publish a book—and went indie. That I came up with some sort of loose marketing plan. That I’ve been winging the rest. That I’ve gone through with it and released my book. That now people are buying it. That I’m putting myself out there in a whole new vulnerable way. That people are reading it. That people are messaging me things like “I can’t put it down!”, “My book club is reading this next!”, “I don’t want this to end!”.

THAT I AM DOING IT.

And that I couldn’t do it without you all. Truly. I mean that with every ounce of myself. I am SO GRATEFUL for your support. For every purchase, every time you tell someone about it, every post on social media, every text congratulating me, every word you read. These texts, these sales, these reviews? They are truly my wildest dreams coming true. THANK YOU!!!

I hope you enjoy reading Sabrina’s story and getting to know her, her family, and more about Seaside. Please know that my heart is full and it’s because of you. Thank you.
